The start of another week – Thank God Monday is over! Actually, to be fair, as first days back at work after time off go, today was pretty bearable. Only just mind you, as I’m pretty sure I’m starting with a touch of man-flu. Some people might think the best thing to do is get on with it and fill up with vitamins, but for me, I’m going to try the beer option! Tonight’s offering is from Leicestershire based Everard’s Brewery. ‘Tiger’ is a copper ale which acts as the official beer for the Leicester Tigers Rugby team. It’s colour is matched by the flavour and aroma of hops and malts that dance on your tongue and tickle your tastebuds.
