300 Days of Beer – Day 233

Day 233 – 15th August 2016

300BeersThe first day back at work. A real challenge to get up in the morning, and then to try and make it through until home time without snapping at someone who asks if you’re ‘glad to be back’. I achieved such a feat and now I’m rewarding myself with the next beer in my challenge. Tonight it’s another of my Beer52 offerings, from the Rooster’s Brewery in Yorkshire, ‘Fort Smith’ is an American Pale Ale named after the town in which Rooster Cogburn lived. The combination of four American hop varieties gives it a tropical aroma and a bitter finish. Yum. To see more, visit their website at http://roosters.co.uk
